Who we are

RepairDrive Index is a trade name (DBA) of Worthy Drive Auto LLC, which owns and operates this website and the RepairDrive Index text message program.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us:

• Contact form submissions: full name, email address, subject, and message.
• Research series sign ups: full name, email address, and, if you select a text message category, your mobile phone number.
• Consent records: the categories you selected, the date and time of consent, the page the consent was given on, the version of the disclosure shown to you, your browser user agent, and, where our systems capture it, the IP address of the submission.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when it requests a page.

How we use information

• To respond to written inquiries you send us.
• To deliver the research updates you asked to receive.
• To keep a record of consent and opt-out requests.
• To maintain and improve this website and its published research.

We do not use your information to sell services, generate leads, or arrange vehicle repairs.

SMS communications

Text messages are sent only to people who check a text message consent box and provide a valid mobile number. Each category has a separate checkbox and each box is unchecked by default. A phone number on its own is never treated as consent. Messages cover account notifications about your subscription and, only if you select it separately, recurring marketing messages from RepairDrive Index. Message frequency varies by category. Mobile opt-in information

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

We share phone numbers only with the messaging service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that delivery purpose.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for pages and forms to work. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before that collection begins.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and subscription records for as long as needed to answer your request, operate the research series, and retain proof of consent and opt-out. You may ask us to delete your information by emailing help@repairdriveindex.com.

Opt-out rights

You can reply STOP to any text message to cancel that program, or email help@repairdriveindex.com to ask us to remove your information. Opting out of text messages does not affect your access to anything published on this website.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, email help@repairdriveindex.com and we will remove it.

Third-party links

Our research may link to outside websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Policy changes

We may update this policy. The current version always appears on this page, and material changes to the text message program will be reflected here and in our SMS Terms of Service.
